Pathetic service

<p>I placed an order for adsl and the landline with installation and router included, I have been scheduled for 3 days in a row but no one comes. Call the sales department and they cant give me a straight awnser. Escalated my problem and told me i would have a supervisor call me. Still waiting for that call. Poor pathetic Sh@t service. Well done Helkom</p>
