Pathetic service

<p> </p> <p>My adsl is down once again! It's bad enough that are on uncapped and suddenly by the 20th of each month our speed slows right down and we do not use 150gb of data! Every month there is a problem with the adsl and sometimes it's down for a whole week! At the end of the month we are still paying the same fixed amount each month! This is ridiculous. The consultant named Luyolo told me there's a problem at the at the exchange and it would take a couple hours to fix... Our internet is still down! He did want to give me a reference number either. Get your acts together Telkom! Or I will be going with another service provider! </p>
