Pathetic service

<p>For most of this year my phone has been working at only about 50 % of the time. I keep reporting, but it seems that Telkom's technicians doesn't have a clue on how to repair the fault. Especially in the evening the calls are cut off or I have no dialing tone at all. For the past 3 weeks, going into the 4th, I have received NO service from Telkom. When I pick up the phone it makes a terrible noise. There is no dialing tone and obviously I can't receive incoming calls either!!! The ref nr for the fault is: 115CVZ020816. How can Telkom expect me to continue paying for a service I am not receiving!!!</p>
