Pathetic Service!

<p>this morning was so terrified to find out that Telkom attempted to take money after they debited already on the 15th ...wrong billing date which lead to poor conduct to my bank ...again not cancelling my ended contract still deducting....poor service I've been receiving since June trying to solve their mess of wrong billing!receiving Sms saying ur query is resolved while my phone still blocked!!</p>
