<p>Telkom staff are pathetic and ***********. EXTRA long hold to tell you nothing. Ask 1 question and mute you for 5 min. They have no clue what is going on. They dont listen to you... one has to keep repeating yourself. Thabisile and Clinton. Still not able to assist.</p>
