Pathetic service

<p>Dear readers...i am a PAYING telkom customer whose phone and internet line has been out of order for approximately the last month. I have lodged several complaints and faults to telkom and have been informed that it is a technical error on their side (its telkoms fault NOT mine ) but yet my issue is still not resolved. Big companies and organisations take advantage of their customers needs and yet still have the nerve to bill you at the end of the month. Telkom im fed up with this pathetic service delivery</p>
