pathetic service

<p>it has been 2 and a half weeks and my company landline is still not working. Telkom keeps me the run around, quite obvious if my phone was working i would not be spending hours trying to get a tech out from Telkom. This is the worst sevice recieved from any Service Provider. </p> <p>i am even willing to pay the call out fee and still nothing has been done. We are losing business and soon Telkom will lose a customer. </p> <p>i want this sorted within asap failing which i will surely disconnect your services. </p> <p>my reference is #197CNK110816. My landline is ********** and dont tell me the line is working when its not. </p>
