Pathetic Service

<p>My landline has been dead now for 2 weeks, 2 weeks of promises and up until today still nothing if they don't drop the call in your ear they are rude and abrupt. I work afterhours from home and need to connect to my work server, this is difficult for me because now I need to sit in Kya Sands women alone until what time and public holidays, this is a huge inconvenience for me. I have even tried calling the Pretoria number all they do is put you on hold for 30 minutes just to drop once they answer. Fix the line or come and remove it so that I can get a service provider that can actually provide me with a service</p>
