Pathetic service

<p>I have upgraded my data package in April and have not received the data I upgraded to. I've been paying for the upgraded data but not getting it. After several phone calls enquiring on it and being told that it was escalated to the back office. It seems like the back office is on holiday or sleeping because they clearly don't want to do their job </p>
