Pathetic service

<p>I ordered the June special advertised on the Telkom website online and waited for somebody from Telkom to contact me. Last week I tried everyday holding for up to 45 minutes to contact them. Today I finally managed to get through and after 56 minutes I got to speak to somebody only to be informed that the special is no longer available. I explained that I ordered in June while they advertised the special but nobody contacted me. The lady then informed me but if nobody phones me it means the special is not available any more. That is the worst service ever. Clearly they don't need any more customers</p>
