Pathetic service

<p>I went to the Telkom shop in Woodlands Mall on Saturday, 25 June 2016 to get a new contract. The lady said whe would phone me on Monday to do the porting of my number. No one phoned me on Monday and I tried to get hold of them the whole day, but their number keeps being engaged or they simply took the phone off. I was then forced to go back to that shop after work on Monday and after stading in the qeueu for 45 mins I was told that the porting will be done.... It has TO DATE STILL not been done and it is impossible to get hold of them!!! They have no accountability!! I will never tell a customer that I will phone them on a certain date and then just ignore them. Pathetic service and I am already regreting switching to Telkom.</p>
