pathetic service

<p>i app**** for a LTE package at the Telkom store at Trade route mall. Two weeks later i have no response from them. Secondl the staff at the store never answer the landline. How are you supposed to communicate with a store if they do not answwer the phones. The sta are toally disinterested in serving the customers needs. they lak enthusiasm and dedication. </p>
