Pathetic service

<p>i have been battling with our telkom line since last year already, but it has never been as bad as now. I have been complaining for the past 2 weeks + and keep geeting the same answer "our technicians are working on the problem". But when I phoned sunday night reporting the same problem they admitted to me that they can see on their system that I have reported the problem over 2 weeks ago and none of their thecnicians have attended to the problem. So in the 2 weeks they havent even bothered, but at the end of the month they are quick to debit my account even though they did not provide me with a service. Is this because they have the monopoly and just don't give a **** about their customers???? </p>
