Pathetic Service

<p>I would like to express my un-satisfaction with the treatment i recieved at the telkom branch in forest hill mall by the operator porcia Moshala she was not helpful at all, I Request for cancellation notice on the 4th of march as my contract was coming to an end in april, since then nothing was done, i called telkom directly spoke to Lungile Nxele and Eugene who was unprofessional yelling at me , this could have been done in a civilized manner. the service is pathetic.</p>
