Pathetic Service

If I could provide a 0 star then I would. A debit order bounced because I was not informed by Telkom they would be deducting earlier than the original debit order date. To top it off me as the idiot I am paid the account in cash even before the normal debit order date however I am now being charged R200+ extra on my next debit order because they fail to inform their customers pathetic service. If I could cancel right now I would but please know that being a loyal customer for 3+ years with my next renewal I will definitely take my business elsewhere!!!
