Pathetic Service

I want to get hold of Telkom to let them know my Wi-Fi does not have connection its more than two moths now there is no way to get through to them, i call a number, i am told to send WhatsApp, i sent WhatsApp i am told to go online, i go online i am to told to go to WhatsApp or call a number, very disappointing, what a bed service i have ever get in my life, i seem not to learn because this is not the first time, they continue to bill me but i can to connect.
