I have been billed on a date not agreed upon by both myself contractually nor by the invoice date without prior notice.

I have moved location and I am not even in the country but telkom make it impossible for me to contact them to cancel the service. I AM NOT IN THE COUNTRY HOW CAN I CALL YOUR 081 NUMBER????
