Pathetic service

We renewed our contract last year at the gateway branch and was told that we will be getting sms's for our gifts. We had 2 contracts and after a few days we only received 1 sms. We phoned the call center and was told to go into a branch and we went to cornubia and was then told to go into gateway as they cant help us. We then went into gateway branch twice and was promised feedback and to date we have not received any.. The service we received from telkom is patheic and definitley leaves a bitter taste as we have been your customers for a long time. Please can I get feedback. Account number ***
