Pathetic service

Disappointed with your service. I took a month to month contract and it fell behind for a month. I was called and advised I no longer need it. I am shocked to see for service I did not use and no data given the bill is sitting on above R2000 and gave a default. What does month to month mean if I get billed even if I did not pay cause I was not if I don't pay one month it will not be allocated data.
