Pathetic Service

Went to the Telkom store in the Promenade Mall to pay my account and as usual left very discussed for the pathetic service i received all of the people working there should be fired immediatley and be replaced with people that can deliver a service worth to the customers satisfactory. I was standing for 30 min before i was asked what i need the cashier counter was closed. There was one line for all services. The person who finally assisted me told me to wait at the Cashier till and when someone finally came she told me with an attitude that i must go stand in the line before i could be helped. Really someone must do something about that pathetic bunch of employers and mind you this was not the first time i had received such bad service from them. I hope some senior person of Telkom reads this and do something about that employers because one of these day you will have no corporate image.
