Pathetic service: 4 months on a case and still not resolved
<p>Every week I phone and still nothing has been done regarding my case. they send me smses that they will hand me over to attorneys etc after they told me that they wont debit my account until the case has been resolved. 4 supervisors forwarded the case and still no feedback. all response I get is that they will be in contact with me soon.</p>

06 Oct 2017, 11:00Since November 2016 until today no phone call has been received... and I see on my credit report that Telkom has listed an amount I "owe" them... I am not leaving it there. This is *****!!!!
