Pathetic service

I have been to the Telkom store in Greenstone on the 16th October 2021 to do an upgrade, they did not have stock of the device but I was promised that within 2 to 3 days they would have stock and would make sure I receive all the extras as there was a promotion. It is now the 27th, I have not received my new device and neither have I received feedback, I have called so many times but no one can assist me. Now the excuse is that there is no stock from Samsung and they can't let me know if I still qualify for the promotion although I signed before the promotion ended. Even the manager Pamela promised to call me back on the 18th but she never did. The service is so pathetic.
