Pathetic service

I am on the 4mbps dsl uncapped service. During the lockdown Telkom upgraded us to 10mbps for 3 months. There were no technical issues during this period. Telkom now have special offers for upgrades but when I call tge Call Centre, they tell me my area has no 10mbps dsl capability. I told the agent that I already have had it for 3 months but she was not very helpful. Tjis shows that there is no consistency in Telkom. How can you say that we cannot have it when we did? Pathetic.
