Pathetic Service

pathetic service provider, its been 10 months trying to cancel a fax line that hasn't been working for about a year and a half but still being billed for it. i have e-mailed all the documentation required over and over again spoken to various customer service people and still no luck, as if the terrible internet connection is not bad enough
