Pathetic Service

Absolute nightmare trying to deal with Telkom. Been battling since the 20th November 2019 to do a line relocation, its now the 3rd of February 2020 and still no line relocation concluded as yet. Each time i call there is a different excuse or they promise to callback and nothing.... pathetic service to say the least
