Pathetic service

Telkom business and support services is pathetic. I ordered internet wifi service online via their agent who called me. It takes them two weeks to install. Now its activated but I have no log in details. I call sales, they refer me to technical support. I call technical support, they refer me to sales. This is total BS, no accountability and me as a customer left hanging. Can someone attend to my query to resolve asap. This is not acceptable.
