Pathetic service

I've had it up to HERE with Telkom! I've been struggling for over a week to receive my invoices,, that's never been sent to me. I've made numerous calls, where the consultants keep promising that I'll receive my invoices within the next hour, which never happens. (It's not in my spam).

I've sent e-mails, which received no response.

And now suddenly when I phone Telkom, an automated message tells me that an sms has been sent and then ends the call.

I urgently need these invoices for tax purposes.
