pathetic service
I have app**** for a Telkom service twice in one month. After I had app**** on line I received an sms saying my application was approved but no one ever came back to me and when I called the, no one could pick up my application. I was then asked to apply again and I did. I was told that everything was in order and I was welcomed to Telkom and so on. Till today, I have not been contacted with regards to my service I had app**** for. I am so disappointed with Telkom.
