Pathetic service

Hi last week week I orderd a 5 gig modem deal with Telkom ive been following up everyday its been over a week now n they keep telling me a sales person will contact me nobody has ever contacted me all I want to know is how far my application is but nobody can tell me I spoke to a agent yesterday he said his manager will contact me via email till today nothing I dont even know what to do nobody can assist me.
