Pathetic Service

Reference Number: SM202704.<br> <br> No Consultant has contacted me on any on of the contact details provided. This is the 3rd message that I have composed since logging the complaint. I am still struggling with the same problem. Telkom incompetency is diabolical and dreadful. <br> <br> I am sure Telkom response will be that they attempted to contact me with no avail. This is standard lame excuse that I expect from them. It is their responsibility to ensure that they contact their client but the client service is obvious not important to them
