Pathetic service

I have experienced the worst service from telkom. They debited my account after I made a manual payment and when I call them for a refund all I get is the run around. They ask for proof which was sent to them on multiple occasions then call after 3 days to say they have received it. Then tell you you need to wait 72 hours for your case to be attended to and another 7 days for a refund of your own damn money. Pathetic service pathetic customer interactions managers dont put notes on their side to say they spoke to a client when yoy call in you need to explain yourself for the 100th time.
