Pathetic Service

If i could give a review of 0 stars i would. I got pickpocketed last week Friday, I called in to have the number suspended and the phone blacklisted, and I have not received the ITC number yet. Without the ITC number I cannot open a case of theft and I cannot claim with the insurance to get a replacement. I have been calling in since Monday, and each time i go through the same process and get the same responses, its always apologies and they gonna send it but nothing has happened, i asked to speak to a manager in the Lost/****** department and the agent said the would call back, Im still waiting on them to call. I have been a Telkom subscriber for 6 years and this type of service is nothing but pathetic and full of incompetence, this is my last contract with you.
