Pathetic service

Been to Telkom Gateway, entrance 7 about 2 weeks ago. Lady by the name of Sne helped me. I wanted the A51 and she told me they dont have stock. She needed some of my personal details and which i faxed to her last Monday. She told me that she will call once they have stock. She emailed me last week Friday saying they have stock I must come through because I need to do my fingerprint again. I got there on Sunday. Another lady helped me. She took my fingerprints but then tells me they dont have stock. I said but why didnt Sne tell me that then. She couldn't help me any further so I had Sne contact number and I have been calling from this Monday almost everyday, more then once. I even call the store and no one picks up. It's really pathetic service for someone who wants to take a contract with this service provider. The staff seem helpful at first but then they dont get back to u. I dont know why Sne did not keep 1 aside for me. A special trip was made. No answers up till now.
