PATHETIC SERVICE

On the 23/01/2016 I went to a Telkom store at Benoni lakeside mall and app**** for an smart HP 500MB internet top up laptop and a tall slim guy was wearing a white Telkom t-shirt and took my application form which I completed at the store and gave him my payslip, proof f address and my 3 months bank statement and he told me I will get feedback within 7 days,till today I have not heard nothing from Telkom, yesterday I went to the store and spoke to a lady who told me that there's nothing she can do for me as the person that took my application form was not at work and only that person would know where the application form is.I asked her aren't application forms kept at a storage or something and she said NO with an attitude, I was so shocked as to a big company like Telkom don't have a process in place to keep application forms in case clients wants to follow up.<br> <br> I wanted to get back my documents and apply somewhere else but this lady told be I cant my documents unless I come back another day where the person who took my application will be at work . <br> I stormed out of the store with disbelief.if I'm declined they can just tell me. I'm just so disappointed by the service
