Pathetic service

I recently got an LTE wifi router on contract with Telkom. So far I have had no help with the setup of it.. with some patience I finally got that sorted out. No one answers the phone at N1 City to assist me so I had to drive through each time.<br> <br> I was promised a certain speed but what I got didn't even come close which makes the whole thing useless to my needs. Don't promise something you cannot deliver. That is a breach of our contract!<br> <br> I have now joined the many other clients that Telkom has who complain on Hellopeter just to get issues sorted out because calling them is futile.<br> <br> I want Telkom to contact me ASAP to sort this issue out or I will terminate this contract.
