Pathetic service

I don't know where to begin with telkom. I received bad service from the moment I started taking a contract from them. I had wifi contract with telkom and I fell in arrears . I went to the store to enquiry how I could make payment and I was told to make payment at pick n pay where they gave me an account no to where I needed to pay. Then I was sent to legal then I made arrangements to pay the balance. I was given an account to where I needed to pay which I did. The guy told me to pay 1500 to finish the debt and he said if I delayed there would be more fees. Now after numerous times going to Pe and enquiring about my account no one could assist me . They said enquiries are done over the fone. In other words thery selling and basically do not assist when u have a problem. After fowning telkom and emailing different pple no one came back to me. I then told myself they don't care about their customers why should I. After a year now they have comeback to me with calls saying I owe them 1900. What about those attorneys they allocated to me. There's no assistance at Telkom. It's even difficult to get them on the fone bcz u wait up to 4omin on call. They service is pathetic. I know I'm not the first one who has had problems with them. I wouldn't want to do any business with them.
