Pathetic service.

Service level is absolutely pathetic. Had a new device taken out on contract nearly 2 months ago, had to send it back after only 2 days due a dead pixel in the LCD. Apparently it was sent to a repair center according to them, but after a month of waiting, nothing was repairs at all. Now that I want to cancel the contract and have it taken out somewhere else, I was told the cancellation will take up to 7 days and it’s been 14 days with nothing yet. Deductions have been made without the device in my possession. This absolutely ridiculous, will never recommend telkom to anyone.
