Pathetic service!

Telkom Tygervalley store - was assisted by Zikhona who appeared to know what she was doing until she messed around and touched number on our accounts that she was told not to touch. Our services has been cut as a result and out home internet also switched off. She goes and does a number swap and ownership change on the incorrect numbers. Been trying to get hold of the store since Monday but to no avail for 3 days. Called the call centre Mo***eti promised to sort it out and we emailed her all necessary information. She too did not get back to us at all. Called the call centre again only to be met with complete disrespect and being placed on hos for 40 minutes while apparently waiting for the manager. Pathetic service and sadly enough now we have to cover Bill's for service we didnt not get. Out internet is off. The service to our cellphones also off all because someone did not listen. ICASA will definitely be hearing about this one. Still havent been assisted. It's been days!
