Pathetic service

Telkom gives pathetic service, I called in April and May to cancel my insurance as it does not benefit the user as we still have to pay in a ridiculous excess amount and till today its still active. as for the Telkom app its useless , it shows incorrect amounts due on your account and when you call in agents gives you different information. Does Telkom know what they are doing because its either no1 can help or everyone gives you a different story. The service is poor and even worse when going in a store. you guys are quick to take money but cant resolve issues or even try to assist.
