Pathetic service

My poor 81 year old dad did mot have a phone for almost a month as there was an apparent cable theft. They eventually received a wireless phone, and that didn't work for 2 weeks. The service at Telkom was pathetic, as he were going from pillar to post. Nobody seems to have known what was going on. After about 2 weeks he could make calls but only intermittently. Now he cannot receive calls. My dad also wants to cancel his internet service with Telkom, and that is taking so long. Is there anyone out there in Telkom land that is efficient. They are so useless, but then again what do you expect from Telkom, only the worst.
