Pathetic Service

Called Telkom at 10.35 am spoke to neliswa in pe who tried to assist regarding a billing query as we have been over charged, we then asked for a manager as she was getting nowhere, nomandla then came on the phone and did not assist in any way and then she said to neliswa that she is busy and cannot assist and will call back.
