Pathetic Service

Really fed up and disgusted with service received from Telkom. We have been waiting for over 3 months now just for a technician to come out and move our ADSL line from our cottage to the main house.We have called numerous times and everytime they log a new call .Recently I have asked to speak to Management but get told they are only taking messages .I am absolutely disgusted at the service received and inconsistency .They were extremely quick to set up my account and debit every month but I have to wait over 3 months for after service .Will never ever recommend Telkom to anyone and I am on the verge of cancelling this contract and taking my business elsewhere.
