Pathetic Service

I reported a Telkom power cable that is hanging low in my yard that I want removed as I do not use Telkom as my service provider. It is hazardous to my dog and kids that play in the yard. Numerous calls and emails have been sent. Reference numbers have been given to me, but when I call back they don't exist. I want this matter resolved immediately. Telkom service is pathetic!!!
