Pathetic service

The Glen telkom has received a revamp and I think their staff needs a revamp. Everytime I go to Telkom I receive very poor service. The staff is very unfriendly and rude. They do not even greet you! What ever happened to good service. They also have very long cues and no seating area. The cue should be split up into enquiries and new accounts, as some of us have to wait for people opening new contracts when we just want to enquire about something. There is always only 2-3 staff helping customers yet there is about 8 of them there.
