pathetic service

This is now my third time complaining about telkom services, they have deducted the money for a subscription I have not used in two months,I am really angry with poor service,the technician tells me he cannot attend to my matter reason being its the wrong order,if I do not get my line installed ASAP I will embarrass this company on every social media possible because this is ridiculous service and its my money they taking without even giving me the product, Telkom sort your issues out because if this carries on please refund me my money
