Pathetic service

This technical issue is going on for two months. I have landline and I haven't been able to receive calls for two months. I have two reference numbers #1 ********** 52 and #2 ********** . Still to date no response from Telkom and still same problem. My number says it does not exist but I was able to call out. I know can not load airtime or call out and I still can`t receive calls.
