Pathetic service

Telkom debits our account every month R1400. Our contracts has been cancelled for the past 2 years now. They didn't want to update our contracts which was R150 each and we cancelled. Yet 2 years later we have to do reversals on our bank account on a monthly basis. Went to Telkom Eastgate no help but the manager showed us that it shows cancelled on the account, called customer care no help.
