Pathetic service

I am extremely dissatisfied with my service from Telkom. Firstly when I ordered online my wifi package I specified my address, when I received the sms from the courier they had the wrong address, the courier informed me I had to take it up with telkom. after phoning customer service, them promising to make a note of my correct address, phoning the sales team and them confirming they have changed it to my correct address, and emailing, the device was still delivered to the wrong address in Strand and I stay in Stellenbosch and I had to have someone bring it through for me on my expense. Your customer service and sales team are firstly extremely difficult to get a hold of, and certainly do not do their jobs properly. No one has contacted me to inform me on how to go about registering/working the device etc, as such I find your after sales service pathetic too. I have also emailed asking for someone from management to contact and 2 days later not even a reply email. My mother also app**** for a phone 7 days ago and has yet to hear back if approved or not. Your deals are great no doubt but is it worth it if we have to put up with service of this standard? I have received better, faster service from other cell-phone companies in the past and I am starting to wonder if I made a huge mistake signing up with Telkom.
