pathetic service

Telkom is the most pathetic network provide will poor service s****s in the call centre as well as in store, Telkom actually added someone else's bill/contract onto my profile I have taken out a contract for two cell phones at the end of February with them when I received my statement it showed three devices I called as I do not know the third number they told me it will be sent to the ***** department for investigation I have made my payment which I had t pay for all three as it is a debit order I still never received my refund I literally have the phones for a month and know they keep suspending my line due to non payment from the third phone which I have no clue as to who it belongs today my account has once again been suspended when yet I do not owe Telkom but they actually owe me, I have to call in everyday altheas five times a day and explain my story over and over and over I was told last week Friday that the problem has been resolved and yet back to square one, honestly Telkom is the worst that I have ever seen in my life I would never recommend them to anyone not even to my enemy, they have taken my money made me pay for a service which I can not utilise,
