Pathetic service

Telkom is the most pathetic company ever and 90% of the staff members are clueless about the products and don't even show ant interest in helping one. After asking questions regarding my contract that expired last month and being told to cancel it and I did but wow to my surprise my debit order went off but I haven't recieved ant f***** data and I have called and gone to the stories but what will useless people tell you. They dontnknow why. Rather say"call the call center" and the call center tells you they don't know why"go to the nearest branch". Die is now k**. I want my money back.
